About Connie McNamara, Realtor® Connie was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville; Go Vols! Connie’s husband is former military and currently in law enforcement; they were married in 1998 and enjoy camping and hiking with their sweet dog, Belle. Connie began her real estate career in 2005. During her first several years in real estate, she worked for developers and luxury level builders.

Working new construction provided an enormous education and knowledge base and offered an excellent beginning to her career in real estate. Next, she moved her business to Keller Williams where the culture, ongoing training, and technology helped her provide the highest level of marketing and success to her clients and their real estate needs. Keller Williams also provides excellent training, coaching, marketing, and lead generation to her team in order to serve all clients to the best of their ability.

Having over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry working with buyers, sellers, commercial and luxury clients, Connie strives for excellence in service. She has been blessed to work with the best team members for the past 5+ years who are part of Knoxville Dream Homes Group family.

Connie currently holds the following designations: REALTOR®, Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and Connie was featured as top agent in Top Agent Magazine in 2020 and Knoxville Dream Homes Group was featured in VIP Magazine in 2021.

Connie has also been honored to receive numerous awards from Keller Williams and the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and she is proud to be a Keller Williams Luxury Agent and Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider. In 2020 Connie and her team ranked #25 in the nation and 1st in the greater Knoxville Area as a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider and #1 in the Keller Williams Farragut/Hardin Valley Office. Connie was named a ‘Top Agent’ with Keller Williams in 2009 – 2020. She and her team received Gold Level Award of Excellence in 2018-2020.
